A Delicious History

Gem Ravioli was founded in 1955 in Providence, Rhode Island. The founder relocated the business to the existing location in Johnston in the 1970's, and his recipes continue to be used to this day.

Throughout its long history, Gem Ravioli has been available in both retail and wholesale markets. An assortment of pasta and related products have been sold at the Johnston retail location and wholesale to stores, restaurants, and delicatessens throughout the state.
